Supply Teacher – Flexible Work Available

Location: Poulton and surrounding areas
Start: Immediate / Ongoing
Contract: Flexible day‑to‑day and short‑term assignments
Salary: Competitive, paid weekly via PAYE

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting flexible and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to work across Primary Schools in Poulton and the wider Fylde Coast. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers seeking variety, a better work–life balance, or experience across different school settings.

Whether you're looking for a few days a week or full‑time supply, we can offer regular, local work that suits your availability.

The Role

  • Delivering pre‑planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Managing the classroom and ensuring a positive learning environment
  • Following school policies and maintaining strong behaviour standards
  • Providing consistency and support to pupils in the teacher’s absence

About You

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or ECT
  • Confident, adaptable, and able to quickly build rapport
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Reliable, professional, and proactive
  • Open to working across a range of year groups

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
