Job description

Supply Teachers Required on a day to day basis 

Location: Rubery, B45

Start Date: ASAP

 

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a mainstream Secondary School Located in Rubery who require Supply Teachers on an adhoc working basis. 

As a Supply Teacher you will be required to teach classes of up to 30 students whilst maintaining a calm and supportive classroom and reporting any incidents to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). 

Whilst being a Supply Teacher may include working at multiple different schools Teaching Personnel will always try, where possible, to book you in at the same schools so professional relationships are able to be built with staff, students and parents/carers. 

 

Requirements:

- Prior experience working in Mainstream Secondary Schools is essential.

- An Enhanced Child DBS subriscribed to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.

- Prior knowledge on safegaurding and child development is essential. 

- Ability to travel across the Rubery / South Birmingham location.

- A minimum of 24 months worth of professional references. 

- A degree in any subject is not essential but desired.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
