Student Opportunities in Education – Flexible Work Available

Are you a student looking to gain valuable experience in the education sector? Teaching Personnel is offering flexible opportunities to work in schools across Leicestershire.

We have a range of hourly and daily bookings available that can fit around your studies. Typical school hours are 8:00am – 3:30pm, with additional opportunities in breakfast clubs and after-school clubs.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to use your initiative
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • A genuine interest in working with children and young people

No prior experience is required - we’re looking for the right attitude and enthusiasm to learn.

The role:

  • Supporting students in primary, secondary, and SEND schools
  • Opportunities for 1:1 support roles, including working with children with SEND
  • Gaining hands-on classroom experience

Flexibility & location:

  • Work available across Leicestershire (access to transport is beneficial)
  • Manage your bookings through our TP App, where you can receive updates and keep your availability up to date
  • We may also contact you via phone or email with opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
