We’re recruiting sports coaches and graduates to work in SEN schools supporting pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs. These are young people who need strong role models, structure, and someone who won’t give up on them.

This is NOT your average classroom job.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coaching mindset → used to engage and inspire students

• Supporting pupils with behaviour and emotional regulation

• Turning challenging situations into breakthrough moments

• Building strong, trust-based relationships

• Bringing energy, structure, and positivity into the school day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
