Sports Coach / Sports Graduate

Are you passionate about sport and education? Do you have experience in coaching or a degree in sports science? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a sporting background to work as a part-time cover supervisor in secondary schools across Central and South Manchester. These roles are ideal for those who have some experience working with children, want to inspire young people and gain valuable classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise classes and deliver pre-set lessons when teachers are absent
  • Deliver PE lessons, lead sports activities, and promote physical education
  • Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
  • Manage behaviour when

Ideal Candidate:

  • Sports graduate, coach, or someone with strong sporting experience
  • Confident communicator with good classroom management skills
  • Passionate about education and supporting young people
  • Flexible and adaptable to work across different subjects

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
