Your Role May Include

• Supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis
• Promoting emotional wellbeing and helping students develop positive coping strategies
• Delivering engaging, tailored learning and intervention activities
• Building trusting relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and progress
• Working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team

We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people
• SEN and/or SEMH experience is highly desirable
• A resilient, patient, and positive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for making a lasting difference in young people's lives
