Are you a teacher, fluent in Spanish and seeking work in September?

  • Full time Spanish teaching post from September (Temporary post for the remainder of the year)
  • Leading a timetable consisting of Spanish to KS3 classes.
  • Pay in line with MPS/UPS dependant upon experience (GBP24,373 - GBP40,490)

To be considered for this MFL teaching opportunity applicants are required to;

  • Hold QTS and a PGCE specialising within MFL
  • Be able to teach Spanish to KS3 level and have recent experience with this.
  • Be confident delivering to all pupil abilities and managing behaviour in line with the schools policy.

“We are looking for an MFL teacher who is a specialist in Spanish to cover a maternity leave, starting September and likely for 9 months. The incoming teacher will be solely responsible for the delivery of Spanish to our new influx of Year 7’s.”

It has been highlighted to us that teachers of all experience levels are to be considered with Newly Qualified MFL teachers encouraged to apply. The incoming teacher must be confident and engaging and be able to speak Spanish to a high standard.

This school is larger than average with around 1050 pupil on roll and is located on the outskirts of Bolton. Public transport links offer good access to the school, especially from other areas in Bolton and staff who wish to use their own mode of transport will be located just a minutes drive away from the M61.
