Bacup, Lancashire
Full-Time | September – December (Fixed-Term Contract)

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of Spanish to join a welcoming secondary school in Bacup, Lancashire on a full-time basis from September until December. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher to make a positive impact on students' language learning and cultural awareness.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and effective Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the Modern Foreign Languages department.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching Spanish at secondary school level.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.
  • Is committed to raising achievement and inspiring a love of languages.
  • Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
