Job description

Immediate Start - Interview Available ASAP!

Teaching Personnel is urgently seeking an outstanding Tutor for a specialist college environment in Yeovil.

This is a permanent teaching position from day one and offers teacher pay scales in line with experience and qualifications.

Interviews are taking place immediately.

You will deliver engaging lessons to learners with additional needs, helping them achieve academic, personal and social outcomes.

• Planning and delivering creative lessons
• Differentiating learning appropriately
• Monitoring progress and attainment
• Supporting EHCP outcomes
• Creating engaging learning experiences
• Working within a multidisciplinary team
• Promoting independence and achievement

 

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• SEND experience
• Strong classroom practice
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build relationships quickly
