About the Role
A rewarding opportunity is available for a SEND Teaching Assistant in a welcoming mainstream primary school in Leyland. Starting September 2026, this temp-to-perm role is ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in education.
You will work within a specialist SEN class, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition and Speech and Language challenges, helping them access learning in a meaningful and supportive way.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Previous SEND experience preferred
- Understanding of ASC and communication needs
