We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Teacher to join a mainstream school in Windsor, working within the school’s specialist resource base supporting pupils with highly complex needs across all age groups.

The Role

Teaching pupils with complex SEND needs within the school’s specialist resource base

Working with pupils across a range of ages
-
Planning, preparing, and delivering personalised lessons tailored to individual needs
-
Creating a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
-
Collaborating closely with support staff, therapists, and families
-
Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to support pupil development
Requirements
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE (essential)
-
Strong, proven experience in SEND, particularly with complex needs
-
Confident working in a mainstream setting with a resource base
-
Available to work full-time, 5 days per week

Willing and able to complete all planning and preparation

Patient, resilient, and passionate about SEND education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
