We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Teacher to join a mainstream school in Windsor, working within the school’s specialist resource base supporting pupils with highly complex needs across all age groups.

The Role

• Teaching pupils with complex SEND needs within the school’s specialist resource base

• Working with pupils across a range of ages

• Planning, preparing, and delivering personalised lessons tailored to individual needs

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment

• Collaborating closely with support staff, therapists, and families

• Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to support pupil development

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE (essential)

• Strong, proven experience in SEND, particularly with complex needs

• Confident working in a mainstream setting with a resource base

• Available to work full-time, 5 days per week

• Willing and able to complete all planning and preparation

• Patient, resilient, and passionate about SEND education
