Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging, adapted lessons that meet the unique needs of every learner

Support pupils with a variety of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

Create and track personalized learning plans and EHCP targets
-
Partner with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and specialists to provide a team-around-the-child approach
-
Celebrate student progress by adapting strategies to ensure no one is left behind
-
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and high-energy learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Real-world experience supporting children or young people with SEND
-
A deep toolkit of inclusive teaching strategies
-
Excellent communication skills and a "team player" attitude
-
A patient, resilient, and empathetic nature
-
Familiarity with EHCP processes (this is a plus, but not a dealbreaker)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
