Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with a commitment to inclusive education?
We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking specialist setting in the Kettering area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and complex learning needs.
The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets

Create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
-
Lead a team of Teaching Assistants to provide high-quality support
-
Monitor progress using personalised assessment approaches
-
Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals
-
Promote communication, independence, and life skills development
The Ideal Candidate
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Experience teaching pupils with SEN (mainstream or specialist setting)
-
Strong understanding of adaptive teaching and inclusive practice
-
Confident in supporting pupils with ASC and complex needs
-
Patient, resilient, and solution-focused
-
Committed to raising achievement for all learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
