Location: Bradford
Contract: Full time, Long term
Start: Immediate or January
Pay: £120 to £220 per day (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a compassionate and confident SEND Teacher to join a specialist setting in Bradford. You’ll be teaching small groups of students working at early developmental levels, supported by brilliant TAs who know their students inside out.
Your days will be full of sensory learning, communication development and those small lightbulb moments that make this job feel special.
What you’ll be doing
• Teaching a small primary group with a range of learning needs
• Using visuals, sensory equipment and structured routines
• Working closely with therapists, TAs and families
• Creating individualised learning plans that help pupils make steady progress
• Building a safe, predictable and joyful classroom
What we’re looking for
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND (ASD, SLD, PMLD or communication needs)
• Calm, nurturing classroom presence
• A creative spark, especially for sensory learning
• A teacher who celebrates every tiny win

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
