We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join a specialist educational setting in the NN2 area of Northampton. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Assist with the delivery of engaging and inclusive learning activities.
• Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet individual needs.
• Promote a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND, within education, care, or support settings.
• A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships and adapt to individual pupil needs.
• A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
