At TP Tutors, we believe every learner deserves access to education that works for them. We are currently recruiting SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition for learners across Lyme Regis and surrounding communities.

This rewarding opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building confidence, nurturing positive learning experiences and helping students achieve their personal and academic goals.

You'll work with students who may require additional support due to Autism, ADHD, SEMH or SEND needs, tailoring lessons to suit their learning style and ability level.

The Role

• Deliver personalised tuition sessions
• Support progress across Maths, English and other subjects
• Adapt learning resources and teaching methods
• Encourage engagement and participation
• Record learner progress and achievements
• Foster positive relationships with learners and families

Requirements

• Experience supporting children or young people
• Tutoring, teaching, coaching or mentoring experience
• Good understanding of safeguarding practices
• Ability to build rapport and motivate learners
• Ability to travel around Lyme Regis and surrounding areas
