TP Tutors is seeking enthusiastic SEN Tutors to support learners across Dorchester and surrounding areas through high-quality one-to-one tuition.

Many of the students we work with benefit from personalised support that helps them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their academic goals. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful educational support while building strong relationships with learners and their families.

You'll work with learners from primary and secondary settings, supporting a range of educational needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and wider SEND needs. Sessions may focus on English, Maths, exam preparation or wider curriculum support.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people
• Teaching, tutoring, mentoring or educational background
• Understanding of additional learning needs
• Commitment to safeguarding and learner welfare
• Ability to travel within Dorchester and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication skills
