TP Tutors is looking for caring and committed SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one educational support across Haywards Heath and the surrounding areas.

We support learners who benefit from personalised approaches to learning, including students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other SEND needs. Through tailored tuition, you'll help students improve academically while developing confidence, resilience and independence.

Whether supporting a learner with core subjects, closing knowledge gaps or helping them re-engage with education, you'll play an important role in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition sessions
Adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
Support learners academically and emotionally
Monitor and record progress
Work closely with families, schools and professionals
Encourage confidence, independence and achievement

Essential Requirements

Experience working with children or young people
Tutoring, teaching, coaching or mentoring experience
Experience supporting SEN/SEND learners is beneficial
Understanding of safeguarding practices
Ability to travel across Haywards Heath and surrounding areas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
