TP Tutors is recruiting dedicated SEN Tutors to work with primary and secondary learners throughout East Grinstead and surrounding areas.

As a tutor, you'll deliver tailored one-to-one learning programmes designed around each student's individual strengths, needs and goals. Many learners require additional support due to Autism, ADHD, SEMH and SEND needs, while others benefit from focused academic intervention.

This position offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact by helping learners gain confidence, improve attainment and develop positive attitudes towards learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality one-to-one tuition
• Plan lessons around individual learning needs
• Support learner confidence and engagement
• Monitor progress against learning objectives
• Work collaboratively with schools and families
• Promote positive educational outcomes

Essential Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people
• Tutoring, teaching or mentoring experience
• Understanding of SEN/SEND needs
• Strong safeguarding awareness
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel across East Grinstead and nearby locations
