Job Title: SE Tutor
Location: South East England, Surrey, Guildford
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Primary Industry: Education and Training
Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions in the subject area of specialisation
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students
- Assess student's learning needs and develop tailored teaching plans
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to enhance the learning environment
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in the subject area
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the subject area of specialisation
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong subject knowledge and expertise
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
- Work primarily in an educational setting
- Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a regular basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
