We’re currently recruiting SEN Tutors in Grantham to support a growing number of learners requiring specialised support. As part of our team, you’ll bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
Role Details:

Pay: £25 - £30 per hour

Location: Tutoring may take place in students’ homes or local community venues such as libraries. A full UK driving license is preferred.

Hours: Flexible, part-time — tailored around your schedule.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills to connect effectively with SEN students
-
A genuine passion for helping young people with additional needs succeed

Enhanced DBS (on the update service) or willingness to obtain one through TP-Tutors
-
Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), or other additional needs

Prior teaching or tutoring experience is highly desirable but not essential

Knowledge of SEN strategies and relevant curriculum adaptations

Professional references from your two most recent employers, covering at least 24 months in the last 10 years
