SEN Tutor

Job Duties:

• Provide individualised academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Create tailored lesson plans and teaching materials to meet the diverse needs of students
• Assess students' learning capabilities and adapt teaching methods accordingly
• Monitor progress and provide feedback
• Collaborate with other professionals to support students effectively

Qualifications:

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Experience working with students with SEN
• Good understanding of SEN strategies and best practises
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
