Support Young People to Succeed – SEN Tutor (Chichester)
At TP Tutors, we believe every student deserves learning support that is tailored to their individual needs. For some learners, the right one-to-one guidance can build confidence, improve engagement, and help them achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
We are currently seeking passionate SEN Tutors in Chichester to provide personalised tuition for children and young people with additional learning needs.
Position: SEN Tutor
Location: Chichester and surrounding areas
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities available
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging one-to-one tuition sessions
- Support students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, anxiety, and other additional needs
- Modify lesson delivery to suit different learning styles
- Encourage positive routines, confidence, and independence
- Build supportive relationships with learners and families
- Monitor progress and adapt sessions to meet evolving needs
About You
- Experience working with children or young people preferred
- Backgrounds in tutoring, teaching, youth work, support work, or care are advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Empathetic, patient, and flexible attitude
- Awareness of safeguarding expectations and procedures
- Willingness to travel locally within Chichester and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
