One-to-One Support That Changes Lives

Some students just need the right approach to unlock their potential—and that’s where you come in.

TP Tutors is looking for committed SEN Tutors in Chichester to provide personalised, one-to-one support for learners who benefit from a more flexible and understanding approach to education.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Chichester and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (part-time and full-time available)

About the Role

You’ll support students who may feel disengaged from mainstream education, helping them rebuild confidence and develop key skills.

  • Create tailored lesson plans based on individual learning needs
  • Support students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Build strong rapport to encourage trust and engagement
  • Help students develop both academically and emotionally
  • Deliver sessions in home environments or appropriate community settings

What You’ll Need

  • Experience working with children or young people (any relevant setting)
  • Solid understanding of English and maths basics
  • Ability to travel locally within Chichester
  • A patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
