Make a Difference Through Personalised Tuition
TP Tutors is recruiting dedicated SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition across Brighton & Hove and the surrounding areas.
Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs, helping them rebuild confidence, engage with education and make meaningful academic progress.
Location: Brighton & Hove and surrounding areas
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues or learners' homes

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, personalised one-to-one tuition
- Adapt sessions to individual learning needs
- Support confidence, engagement and independent learning
- Monitor and record learner progress
- Develop positive relationships with families, schools and professionals
Essential Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people in mainstream and/or SEN/SEND settings
- Previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring or education experience
- Good understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to travel across Brighton & Hove and surrounding areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
