Are you passionate about helping young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) succeed? Do you live in or near Bournemouth? Join TP Tutors and make a meaningful impact by delivering personalised 1:1 or small group tuition in Maths, English, or core subjects.

We are seeking patient, dedicated, and adaptable professionals with experience in education, youth work, care, or SEN support who are committed to helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their potential.


Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Support Opportunities Available)

Location: Bournemouth and surrounding areas (including Poole, Winton, Ferndown, and nearby communities)

Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time


How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet each learner’s individual needs

  • Support students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

  • Create a structured, safe, and nurturing learning environment

  • Deliver sessions in learners’ homes or suitable community settings

  • Encourage confidence, independence, and measurable progress


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND

  • Confidence supporting primary or secondary-aged learners

  • Based in Bournemouth or surrounding areas with ability to travel locally or tutor online

  • Calm, professional, and reliable individuals

  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and learner wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
