TP Tutors is expanding in Bournemouth and we’re looking for dedicated SEN Tutors to deliver high-quality, personalised tuition in Maths, English, and Science.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide structured, targeted intervention that helps learners with additional needs rebuild confidence, re-engage with education, and achieve measurable academic progress.
The Role
Position: SEN Tutor – Core Subjects
Location: Bournemouth – homes and community-based settings
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time available)
What You’ll Do

Deliver structured lessons linked to EHCP outcomes

Differentiate Maths, English, and Science content effectively
-
Support pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
-
Close learning gaps and develop subject fluency

Track progress and provide clear attainment reports
What We’re Looking For

Strong subject knowledge in at least one core subject

Experience working with SEN learners
-
Ability to simplify and scaffold complex topics
-
A patient, resilient, and professional approach
-
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
