Do you love working with children and making a real difference in the classroom? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team!
Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Various school settings
Pay: £89.38 – £100 per day
⏰ Hours: School hours (term time)
Travel: You must be able to travel to different school locations across Northamptonshire
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils in the classroom—both 1:1 and in small groups

Helping children stay engaged, confident, and motivated

Working alongside friendly teachers and staff
-
Creating a positive, fun, and inclusive learning environment

Being a calm, encouraging presence throughout the school day
What we’re looking for:

Someone caring, energetic, and reliable

Experience working with children (school experience is a bonus!)

Confidence supporting different learning needs
-
Ability to travel to schools as required

A great sense of humour and a can-do attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
