The School: This 4 form Primary School recognises the value of all their staff members and treats all staff members with the upmost respect giving them training and support. They are now looking for an eager and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team until the end of the academic year (with potential to be made permanent depending on performance). Learning Support Assistant - The Role: The SEN team are seeking a Learning Support Assistant who has experience working with ASC and Challenging Behaviour. The right Learning Support Assistant will: • Have experience providing specialist support to children with ASC and Challenging Behaviour • Have experience working 1:1 and in small groups • Have experience liaising with Parents and SENCO on the child’s progress • Experience working with children within a primary school If you have experience in some of these backgrounds.
