Teaching Personnel is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join an outstanding special independent school in Southampton as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
What is the role? You'll be supporting girls aged 9 to 19 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This includes assisting with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties (BESDs) as well as educational phobias.

What experience do I need? While previous experience in SEN TA work, care, or support roles is desirable, it's not essential. This role welcomes beginners and new starters who are eager to learn and make a positive impact.
What's the pay? You'll earn £11.85 per hour (£71.80 per day), with opportunities for both long-term positions and supply work available.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
