Job Title: Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Contract: Full-Time 

Job Description
We’re looking for kind, committed, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in Redhill. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive in a positive, inclusive school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • ‍ Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)

  • Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the school day

  • ✏️ Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons

  • Support the implementation of IEPs and behaviour strategies

  • Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

  • ️ Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting preferred)

  • ❤️ Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

  • SEN or education-related qualifications are desirable but not essential

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
