Salary: £92.68 - £100 per day
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Location: Redbourn, St Albans, Hertfordshire

We are seeking a caring, proactive, and creative Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school supporting students aged 5-19 with a range of needs, including MLD, SLD, Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students in the classroom, within the local community, and during enrichment activities
- Help learners achieve their educational, social, and personal development goals
- Promote independence, inclusion, confidence, and self-esteem
- Provide personal care and physical support where required
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive team
About You

- Brings creativity and enthusiasm to learning opportunities
- Enjoys outdoor learning and community-based activities
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Holds a DBS certificate or is willing to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
