SEN Teaching Assistant | Poole | Full-Time Opportunity from September

Do you have a passion for supporting children with additional needs and helping them grow in confidence both inside and outside the classroom?

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive mainstream school in Poole from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a valued part of a school community and make a lasting difference to the lives of young learners.

The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them to access learning, develop positive relationships and achieve their individual goals.

The role includes:
Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs
Assisting with learning activities and classroom engagement
Supporting emotional wellbeing and social development
Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and parents
Encouraging independence and celebrating progress

The ideal candidate will:
✔ Have experience working with children or young people with additional needs
✔ Be calm, patient and adaptable in their approach
✔ Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Be committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
✔ Be passionate about helping children succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
