SEN Teaching Assistants & HLTAs | Specialist SEN & SEMH Schools | Oxfordshire ✨

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs?

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work within a range of specialist SEN and SEMH schools across Oxfordshire, including:

Central Oxford | Wheatley | Witney | Woodeaton | Banbury | Bicester

Whether you're an experienced SEN professional or looking to take your first step into education, we'd love to hear from you.

 

The Role

You'll be supporting children and young people with a variety of additional needs, helping them access education, develop confidence, and achieve meaningful progress both academically and personally

No SEN Experience? No Problem! 

If you're motivated to make a difference and willing to learn, we can provide the training, guidance and support needed to help you succeed in a specialist education setting.

Experience in education, care, support work, youth work, healthcare, coaching, residential care or similar people-focused roles is welcomed, but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
