SEN Teaching Assistant – Long-Term Opportunity

We are currently recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a long-term opportunity in a supportive school in Norwich. This role offers the chance to work closely with pupils and see their progress first-hand.

What you’ll be doing:
• Providing consistent support to pupils with SEN
• Working 1:1 with identified students
• Supporting behaviour and engagement in the classroom
• Assisting the teacher with lesson delivery
We’re looking for:
• Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant
• A patient and reliable approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A driving licence is helpful, especially for schools outside main transport routes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
