Location: Countryside near Milton Keynes
Position: Full-time, SEN Teaching Assistant (Secondary Ages)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Start Date: Immediate/September 2024

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support secondary-aged students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom.
  • Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help with personal care needs as required.
  • Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEN students, preferably in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
