Position: Full-time, SEN Teaching Assistant (Secondary Ages)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Support secondary-aged students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom.
- Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help with personal care needs as required.
- Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN students, preferably in a secondary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
