We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position with an immediate start available, or the option to begin in September.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the class teacher to support students with SEN in their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Implement and adapt learning activities to meet the individual needs of students.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
• Assist in the preparation of learning materials and resources.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Support students in developing independence and life skills.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech and language therapists, to support student development.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
• A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to promoting the well-being and inclusion of all students.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (preferred but not essential).
