SEN Support Assistants Required
Specialist Schools - Surbiton, Chessington, New Malden & Twickenham
We are working with multiple specialists schools within the area who require new support assistants to join their welcoming teams!
These roles require full time availability from Monday to Friday (08:30 - 15:30).
If you have previous experience working within a mainstream primary school and have considered working within a SEN school this is the perfect opportunity for you.
These roles would also be well suited to graduates of psychology who are looking to build experience and put their studies into practice. So although you may not have the below experience already, please do feel free to apply and speak with us!
We are ideally looking for support assistants with the below previous experience:
- Supporting pupils 1-1 in a mainstream primary setting
- Working with children with EHCP’s
- Working with SENCO and therapists
- Delivering interventions and targeted support
- Behaviour management experience and positive reinforcement strategies
This role will allow you to take your existing skills and develop them further within a specialist environment, where smaller class sizes and structed support make a positive difference!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
