SEN Teaching Assistant – Autism Support

Hampton (Twickeham) | April Start | Long-Term Role until July 2026

Do you have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, or additional learning needs?

Or are you a Psychology graduate looking to start your career in education?

A friendly specialist primary school in Hampton is recruiting multiple SEN Teaching Assistant's to support pupils within their dedicated school!

About the role:

  • 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing, communication, and learning
  • Using visual aids, clear routines, and calm approaches
  • Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents

Ideal background & Skills:

  • Previous SEN TA experience
  • Psychology / Criminology graduate with child-related experience
  • Confident, empathetic, and proactive
  • Strong communication skills

This is a long-term, full-time role offering excellent experience and training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
