About the Role:

In this full-time role, you will work closely with students who have a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties. Your main responsibility will be to provide tailored support that helps each child reach their full potential. Working alongside a supportive team, you will help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group support to SEN students.
• Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Encourage and promote independence and confidence in students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to meet each student’s needs.
• Support students with personal care tasks as needed.
