Graduate Teaching Assistants Wanted

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team in the North London area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and potentially secure a permanent role.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working full-time with SEN children in a supportive and inclusive school environment. Your role will involve assisting teachers in the classroom, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting SEN students in their learning and development
  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who need extra help
  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to support student progress

Candidate Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in any discipline
  • A passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a supportive attitude
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
