Teaching Assistant – Lincoln & Surrounding Areas


Location: Lincoln and nearby towns/villages
Start Date: ASAP or negotiable
Full-time / Part-time / Temporary & Permanent Opportunities Available

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a range of vibrant primary and secondary schools across Lincoln and surrounding areas. Whether you're an experienced TA or looking to start your career in education, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need extra help
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with children (in school or other settings)
  • A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Experience with SEN or EAL pupils
  • First Aid or Safeguarding training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
