SEN Support Assistant – Specialist Provision

Are you confident supporting ASD, SEMH, or complex needs?
A mainstream primary school with a specialist provision within the Kingston borough is recruiting an SEN Support Assistant to join their supportive and experienced team.
The role:
- Supporting pupils aged 4–11 with a range of SEN
- 1:1 and small group support
- Managing challenging behaviour using positive strategies
- Working alongside teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists
This role suits candidates who:
- Have SEN or behaviour support experience
- Are Psychology graduates looking to progress
- Are patient, consistent, and emotionally resilient
- Want long-term development within education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
