Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary/secondary school in Hayes starting in September. This is a full-time position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students’ learning and development.

Role Overview:

• Position: Teaching Assistant

• Location: Hayes, Greater London

• Start Date: September

• Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons

• Work with individuals and small groups of students to boost learning progress

• Assist with classroom management and day-to-day activities

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting (preferred)

• A proactive, patient, and supportive attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
