About The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils access education in a safe, supportive and engaging environment.

You will work alongside teachers and experienced support staff to provide personalised support based on each pupil's individual needs.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils with Autism, SEMH and learning difficulties
• Providing one-to-one and small group support
• Helping pupils engage with classroom activities
• Supporting communication and independence
• Encouraging confidence and positive behaviour
• Assisting with daily routines and learning activities
• Creating a safe and nurturing environment
