Teaching Personnel is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of specialist schools across Crawley from September 2026.
We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable individuals who want to make a positive difference supporting pupils with additional needs.
About The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils access education in a safe, supportive and engaging environment.
You will work alongside teachers and experienced support staff to provide personalised support based on each pupil's individual needs.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting pupils with Autism, SEMH and learning difficulties
- Providing one-to-one and small group support
- Helping pupils engage with classroom activities
- Supporting communication and independence
- Encouraging confidence and positive behaviour
- Assisting with daily routines and learning activities
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment
About You

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
