Position: Unqualified Teaching Assistant
Location: Bristol
Contract: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Daily Pay: £89.38

Teaching Personnel is offering a fantastic opportunity to step into a full-time Teaching Assistant role across a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in Bristol and the surrounding areas. We’re looking for caring, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to make a lasting impact on young lives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers in delivering creative, engaging, and inclusive lessons
• Working closely with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning
• Encouraging pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development
• Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assisting with the preparation of teaching resources and learning materials
• Supporting the delivery of tailored lesson content and activities
• Promoting a supportive and nurturing learning atmosphere


What We’re Looking For:

• No formal qualifications required – just dedication, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with children
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role
• An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply – we can help!)
• Completion of Level 2 Safeguarding Training (available through Teaching Personnel)
• An adaptable approach to meet the varied needs of individual students
• Experience with SEN or challenging behaviour (desirable, but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
