We are seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming specialist education setting in Bournemouth.
This is a part-time role with an immediate start, supporting learners aged 3 to 18 across both primary and secondary phases.
Working hours are 8.45am to 3.30pm, offering a rewarding role that fits well around other commitments.
You will be working within a highly supportive and inclusive learning environment that is recognised for its child-centred approach.

Your Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils within the classroom and through targeted interventions, helping them to access learning and achieve personal milestones.
You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide consistent, positive support tailored to individual needs.
Experience Required
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs.
A patient, adaptable and empathetic approach is essential, along with a genuine passion for making a difference.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
