  • Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or within small learning groups
  • Maintaining a calm, safe and positive learning environment

Who We Are Looking For

To be considered, applicants should have previous experience working within education, care, support work, youth services, residential settings or specialist provisions.

  • Strong communication abilities
  • Adaptability and resilience
  • Professionalism and reliability
  • Confidence supporting pupils with complex needs
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach
  • The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Why Choose Teaching Personnel?

  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Access to a variety of SEND and SEMH provisions
  • Competitive pay of £14.25 per hour
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Specialist SEND training courses
  • Dedicated support from an experienced consultant
  • Weekly pay
  • Opportunities to gain experience across multiple settings
  • Access to future long-term and permanent vacancies
