Teaching Personnel are seeking a caring, dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across the school with a range of additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and emotionally.

About the Role

• Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with a variety of SEN needs, including:
  • Autism (ASC)
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • Speech, Language and Communication needs
  • Learning difficulties
• Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support
• Working closely with class teachers, SENCO and other professionals
• Helping to create an inclusive, positive learning environment
• Contributing to pupils’ progress through adaptive strategies and differentiated activities
