Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? Teaching Personnel is offering a fantastic opportunity to join our partner school in Exeter, working within a specialist SEN provision.

Job Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
  • Pay: £90 - £100 per day (based on experience)
  • Employer: Teaching Personnel

About the Role:
Our partner school in Exeter provides personalized education for students with complex needs, including those with EHCPs. The curriculum focuses on core subjects and PSHE, with both on-site lessons and community activities to support students’ growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support for students with SEN
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement and adjust personalized learning plans
  • Foster a positive, safe environment for emotional and social development
  • Adapt resources to meet diverse learning needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for supporting students with SEN
  • Education or care experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and patience
  • Full UK driver’s license and access to own car
