Job Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £90 - £100 per day (based on experience)

About the Role:
Our partner school in Exeter provides personalized education for students with complex needs, including those with EHCPs. The curriculum focuses on core subjects and PSHE, with both on-site lessons and community activities to support students’ growth.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized support for students with SEN
Collaborate with teachers to implement and adjust personalized learning plans
Foster a positive, safe environment for emotional and social development
Adapt resources to meet diverse learning needs

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for supporting students with SEN
Education or care experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication skills and patience
Full UK driver’s license and access to own car
